I believe it's very important to have clear, open communications with all of my clients, not only during the design process but also throughout the life of your business web site. I take great pride in providing on-going support to our clients, and building a lasting relationship. I have devised a five-step design process that has been successfully used with all of my clients for the past 8 years.

5 Step Design Process

1. Initial Meeting - Whether this is done in person, through email or via telephone, we like to speak with our new clients and thoroughly understand their business market. This understanding is imperative to the successful design and launch of your web site. We gather your information and your ideas, and provide our own thoughts and ideas.
2. Initial Design - After gathering all of your important business information, we will begin the initial design of your web site. All of our development is done within our secure web space, so only you will be able to see the site during the design process.
3. Feedback - As we design your web site, we encourage you to view it periodically and provide us your feedback. Your site will only be viewable by you, using a provided id and password. We feel our clients should not have to pay for web space or a domain name until their new web site is ready to go live.
4. The site goes live! - Once your web site is completed and ready to go live, we will create your new web hosting account and begin the process of registering your domain name.
5. Continual Support - Even after the deployment of your business web site, we will be available to assist you in updating your site and providing valuable technical support.
