Warranty and Returns

The quality and safety of our products is our top priority. All our LIQUA products meet all the requirements of the European Union, and not only that – we also follow and comply with even stricter local legislation adopted by individual EU countries and beyond. General information about the return of goods and warranty you can find in document Terms & Conditions on the website of e-shop. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, please follow the instructions below.

 What to do if:

1. The goods were delivered incomplete or do not match the description of the product - In the event that your order was delivered incomplete, please contact support@liqua.com, your application will be processed as soon as possible. To e-mail, please provide detailed information about the failure (order number, missing items, parts catalogue or another type of goods or fotoevidenci).
   
   
2. The goods were delivered damaged carrier - First of all, please always properly check the external condition of the goods before taking them from the deliverer. If the shipment is visibly damaged, we recommend you refuse delivery of the shipment from the deliverer because of obvious damage and contact the seller as soon as possible to support@liqua.com. If, after accepting the shipment and its control immediately upon receipt of notice from the deliverer damaged goods immediately send it with a description of damage to support@liqua.com.

How to claim the goods:

In case of failure or other problem, please inform us by e-mail at support@liqua.com, you will receive futher instructions from our Customer Service Team.
Then send the claimed goods to the Ritchy EU warehouse, Pražská 298/59, Brandýs nad Labem, 250 01 Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. Do not send goods on delivery – in this case, we would not accept the complaint attach a completed complaint form.

Defective goods before shipment we recommend properly pack (eg. In bubble envelope) to avoid possible damage to goods in transit.

In some cases, it is not necessary to deliver the goods back and sufficient sending photographs or video defects, but then, in this case, the seller may require the original defective product.

Return Policy

When shopping online can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods without giving any reason. In cases where goods have been removed from the sealed container (such as open bottles e-liquid, using an atomizer or under) Unfortunately this product is not for hygienic reasons to return – in accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code.

In case of withdrawal contact support@liqua.com  and attach to e-mail form for withdrawal from the contract, you will receive instructions from our Customer Service Team.
The buyer is then obliged to return the goods to the address Ritchy EU warehouse, Pražská 298/59, Brandýs nad Labem, 250 01 Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav with the attached form of withdrawal unless he notifies the seller that return takes (e-mail).
